1 bunch coriander leaves(50 grams) 1 bunch mint leaves(50 grams) 50 grams green chilli 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cumin powder 5-6 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp lemon juice
In a blender machine .Grind all the ingredients very well to make a fine paste.Now take out the sauce from the blender jug n squeez 1 lemon in it.. TADA!!! your yummy green chili sauce is ready .it goes with your snacks n fritters
500 grams boneless chicken breast,cut into strips 1 tsp salt 1/2tsp black pepper powder 1/2tsp red chili powder 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp lemon juice 1 egg beaten 2-3 tbsp cornflour or cornstarch 10-15 spring roll wraps,cut into long thin strips
Marinate the chicken with salt,pepper,chili,ginger,garlic,soya sauce and lemon juice for at least 2 -3 hours.This is to ensure the chicken remains moist and tender.
After the chicken has marinated sufficiently,and corn flour and beaten egg to it and mix well to ensure every piece of chicken is well coated with the batter that forms.This is what will help the threads to stick to each piece of chicken.Now wrap each strip with the threads.Set aside on a plate while you heat up some oil.
deep fry over medium heat until the threads are golden and the chicken is cooked through.This should take roughly 3-4 minutes per batch,do not crowd the oil and do not tempted to over-cook as that will naturally toughen the chicken.
Remove on to paper towel to drain away any excess oil.Serve hot and crunchy with a dip of your choice.
3 tomatoes 1 capsicum 1 green chili 1 small onion 1 tbsp oil 1/4 tsp garlic 1 tbsp tomato puree salt to taste 1 tbsp sugar a pinch of tandoori masala 1/2 tsp oregano powder
Blend the tomatoes,capsicum,chili and onion with a little bit of water until smooth.Heat a the oil in a pan,then add garlic paste,followed by the tomato paste. Once that cooked for a couple of minutes,add the blended mixture and simmer.Add salt and sugar followed by a bit of tandoori masala and oregano or u can leave it plain.Adjust the spice according to our taste. Let it simmer until thick and all the water is gone.Taste and adjust if needed.Then use accordingly.
Ingredients: onion 1 big size chips any kind egg 1whole all purpose flour oil for frying
cut the onion in thick round slices separate the rings.beaten the egg. crush the chips with the help of rolling pin
its time to coat the rings .first coat with flour n then dip in beaten egg and then coat with crushed chip n repeat the process with the rest of slices . keep it on freezer for 15min to get better result
now take out your rings n deep fry in hot oil on medium high flame for about 2 to 3 mins.. tAAdAA YOUR crispy onion rings is ready to eat you can have it with ketchup and mayonnaise.
Bread 4 slice Potato 1 boiled cut into small cubes Capsicum 1 small cut into cubes Corns 1/2 cup boiled Chicken 1/2 cup boiled Egg 1 for coating
For white sauce:
All purpose flour
Black pepper Cooking oil
Remove all the edges from bread slice n cut the slice in square shape or whatever u like the shape.
Birst we have to make white sauce .so take a non stick pan put in a wok on medium heat .put oil in a pan n then add flour in it.mix it well for few seconds n then gradually add milk in it n make a fine paste now at that stage add ur vegetable and chicken into the mixture n mix it well.add salt n pepper and cook for one more minute.now ur filling is ready to apply on slices
take one square of bread slice n spread the mixture on it .1tbsp of mixture is enough for one square.repeat it with the rest of pieces.keep squares in freezer for 15 min so it will settle more n the mixture will not come out during frying.
Take out ur bites from freezer n its time to frying the square.note one thing we r applying egg coating on one side where e spread the mixture n fry the only coated side for 1 minute or less.if we fry the bites both side it will absorb the oil n destroy the test so mind it we r fry the only one side carefully. if u have any other questions about the recipe you can watch our video .it will help u more
