Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking soda
3 tbsp of oil
1/4 cup of yougurt

Instructions:

First take a bowl put yougurt ,salt,baking soda and oil and mix well.Now add flour in it.Then gradually add warm water a little at a time and knead to form a very soft dough,but not sticky.Knead well and then apply some oil over the dough surface and cover,then set aside for and hour or two.

once it’s risen,knock the dough down and divide into 6-8 balls of equal size.Roll each one out and place on a floured surface.You can make it as thick or as thin as you like.It will swell up a bit during cooking so i normally roll it out to a bit more than quarter inch thickness.

Heat TAWA,then place a naan on it and cook for 1-2minutes on medium flame,if it started forming bubble  then flip the tawa upside down n cooked the other side for 1-2minutes or the golden colour appear.remove n brush with melted butter.Place in a hotpot or cover with a cloth to keep warm until serving ,

 Ingredients:

3 tomatoes
1 capsicum
1 green chili
1 small onion
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp garlic
1 tbsp tomato puree
salt to taste
1 tbsp sugar
a pinch of tandoori masala
1/2 tsp oregano powder

Instructions

Blend the tomatoes,capsicum,chili and onion with a little bit of water until smooth.Heat a the oil in a pan,then add garlic paste,followed by the tomato paste.
Once that cooked for a couple of minutes,add the blended mixture and simmer.Add salt and sugar followed by a bit of tandoori masala and oregano or u can leave it plain.Adjust the spice according to our taste.
Let it simmer until thick and all the water is gone.Taste and adjust if needed.Then use accordingly.

Preparation time:10 mins
Rising time:1hr

 Ingredients:

All purpose flour:2 1/2 cups
Salt             :1tsp
Sugar            :1tsp
Yeast            :2tsp
Oil              :5tbsp
Milk Warm with a bit of water for kneading

 

 Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients and the oil,
then slowly start adding the warm milk
a little at a time.Get it to a soft dough,
the softer the better,knead it very well for
at least 8 minutes or more if possible.
Dab a touch of oil all over the dough,then cover
it and place it somewhere warm.leave it to rise
to double its size,takes about 30mins to an hour
depending on the weather.
